1. Faulty or not as described

If a part you purchase:

  • Is faulty,

  • Does not match its description,

  • Or is not fit for purpose,

You are entitled to a remedy such as repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Contact us within 3 days of purchase to arrange a remedy.


2. Change of mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on used parts.


3. Compatibility responsibility

We provide part numbers and descriptions, but:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm compatibility

  • We may offer guidance, but the final fitment responsibility rests with the buyer

This is standard for wreckers.
